Textbook and Course Material
There is no mandatory textbook for this class. You may integrate class
notes with papers for background reading posted on the class website.
There isn't a single textbook that covers all the topics with
sufficient analytical depth as well as practical breadth. There are a
number of excellent textbooks that you may use as additional references
as listed below.
