Well I have had about enough with Win98 and FS98, constant
crashing, no, not the planes, the whole silly computer!

Whats the scoop. I looked in DEJA news, and complaint after
complaint with no resolution? No hints nothing.

I bought I new computer before christmas (would formmated
the
thing as 100% Linux, but I wanted FS98, dunno why now).
Anyway
I finally got some time, and bought FS98 on Wednesday. It
loaded
super easy, and seemed pretty good.

First thing, I flew the cessna around chicago, pretty boring

(I've been flying BAO simulators since about 1984, and was
offered a job there in 1990). Jumped to the extra, was
flying
from the keyboard trying a snap roll, smaked the ground.
Switched
to the 737, and on approach to landing, everything locked
up.

Reboot!

Now I fly the 737, and took off, "you program has executed
an illegal operation" (whatever). Okey, restart, same thing.

I go to bed. This evening I try 3 or 4 times, I get illegal
operation 4 maybe 5 times, then a system lockup.

Reboot!

I look to the M$ web page. No help (what a worthless peice
of crap)

I give up.

Anyone got any hints, I know I can't return the software, or
can I?
