You're right. It's not hard, just time consuming and you have to be
dedicated to doing it. A staff of 30 also helps. In one hour sitting on
the ramp, you will see a realistic amount of weather changing as you
would in real life...temps and humidities are only a small part of the
whole picture.

Remember (i know you know this) that outside air temp and density makes
or breaks your true airspeed. In my FS98 flightsimming days I had to
tell so many fellow simmers to please make their temps aloft -70F at
FL400.
