Don,

Under Preferences, there is a Display tab for items you wish to have displayed
by default - check Fixes (Chapter 3, pg.15).  When opening scenery files, be
sure the Load Fixes bos is checked (Chapter 6, pg.55).  Also, the Display|Fixes
menu allows you to select which fixes you want to display (Chapter 7, pg.82).
