No, I mean the 767 and 747 are probably not that different, but both are 
*much* better gliders than the shuttle.

BTW, back in the late '70s, during a slow week at the office, I wrote a
2-D shuttle landing simulator that ran on my HP 45 calculator. The display
scrolled between altitude/range and airspeed/pitch, and the only control 
input was a keypress to increment pitch up or down. 

Quite a time sink, it was, and it looked like I was hard at work.
