    Try  http://www.flyelite.com  you can get info as well as a demo
there.

    There's a Seneca and a Baron but no Seminole, also, the Seneca here
     is not what you would typically find for rent.

    I've been using this software since it came to this country (US) and
can
    recommend it.

    You might want to also contact Initiative Computing AG in
