Bonjour Dominique,

The line you refer to is the bottom limit of the external view window.
You can re-size it by dragging it (not a very satisfactory solution) or
by making a permanent edit the panel.cfg file as follows :

SIZE_X= 8191
SIZE_Y= 6000

This entry is close to the end of the panel.cfg file. You may want to
place a couple of // in front of the original line entry to save that
original value, and make a new entry one line down the file :

for example :

SIZE_X= 8191
// SIZE_Y= 2919
SIZE_Y= 6000

That second value (SIZE_Y=6000) is a different value in most panel.cfg
files. The value could be anything upwards from, say, 2500. Try
increasing the value by 1000 and loading the panel again : increasing
the numerical value will ultimately force the annoying flickering white
line close to the bottom of the screen.

That flicker is just a part of life with VooDoo 1 cards.

rgds,
