Hello, World! Being a real newbie around here and risking howls of
derision if this is old news, but I've just found loads of WW2+ pilot's
notes - facsimilies of the real thing (ex Air-Ministry) with cockpit
photos and all, living in Manchester,UK. Spits, Mustangs, Dakotas, B17's
- there are about 60 different ones in all. Not wanting to hold out on
you guys, as soon as I get all the details, I'll post them up, unless
the groans are louder than my four Merlins at full boost.
Also in UK, a mail-order catalogue from The Flying Shop at Biggin Hill
(an insert in this month's 'Flyer' magazine ) is full of goodies for
simmers as well as those funny folk who have to leave the ground to
enjoy themselves - charts, books, gear, etc.(sales@flying shop.com)
Hope this interests you as much as it wiggles my wings!
Tez.
