Please forgive me if this question is inappropriate!!

Aviation author Martin Caiden ( well, he wrote many things, not just on
aviation ) wrote a book back in the late fifties or early sixties titled
"Everything But The Flak". It was a non-fiction work about a pilot
working for a film company that purchased or salvaged two or three
B-17's in Arizona, and flew them across the U.S. and the Atlantic to the
U.K. for on-location filming of the movie "The War Lover". If you've
seen this movie, it has great flying sequences. Steve McQueen starred
in the film.

Anyway, I had a paperback copy of the book when I was a child. Of
course it was lost. I would love to get another, but it is long since
out of print. Anyone recall this book, or have a copy you're willing to
give up? Please do not tell me to try Amazon.com!!

Thanks,
Andy
