I recently bought Schiratti Commander (SC) Gold because I saw somebody at a
FS
convention using it as a moving map (on a second computer) with FS98. As it
is
able to show scenery on this map (which the shareware program Moving Map
can't)
it seemed to me like being a nice add-on to have. However...

I am aware that SC's moving map features were originally meant to be used
with
FS5.1 (dual player option); I tried it, and it works quite nicely. As FS6
doesn't have a dual player option, SC Gold can't be used as moving map. Now
FS98 has a multiplayer option, but for one reason or another I can't get a
connection between FS98 and SC. When I start FS98 trying a 9600 baud serial
line connection (null modem), and I start SC using the same speed, it
'says'
"Connecting...", but nothing happens afterwards. What I see happening is
that
SC notes that another computer tries to connect, but it can't finish it.

I tried different settings, all to no avail. Now I know that I saw it work
a
week ago... Can somebody help me?

Thanks in advance! Regards,

Bert
