Depends *WHICH* graphics features you turn off?

Does having the clouds, crowds or the horizon enabled give you visual 
clues? You can also turn off textures, so you still see objects, but 
they are not textured. You can also turn off the lighting effects, 
sparks, etc, which do not aid the driver, but save valueable cpu 
cycles?
