The issue is upload bandwidth.  I get 20-55kb/s on my cable modem and host
10 racers with no problems on a P2/333 64mb M3D2 12mb at 36fps.

You may want to "test" your upload speeds by using ICQ to upload a file to a
friend that is on the *same* ISP.
