Change the bus speed...simple? How, depends on the m/b you have? You
may need to change jumpers or dip switches (check your m/b manual) or
simply change a setting in the bios screen?

However, I had a 333A and it only ran reliably at 375 (5 x 75) it
would run at 415 (5 x 83) but the graphics card and hard disk didn't
like this speed, and resulted in many lock-ups and hard disk
reformats!!!!

You will almost certainly *NOT* get it running at 100 busspeed, cos
that means it is running at 5 x 100 = 500, and very few 333 will run
at that speed?

You are better off with a 300A rather than a 33A. I've changed my cpu
for a 300A and it has been running at 450 with no probs at all.

The 333 is clock locked at 5 (it will only use m/b multiples of 5)
whereas the 300 is clock locked at 4.5.

450 (4.5 x 100) is much more achievable than 500 (5 x 100) as you are
not pushing the cpu as far.
