Yeah, performance would make it great, if they would also:

1.  Make it smart enough to remember your view.
2.  Make it believe YOU are smart enough to do your own pit run.
3.  Make the car adjustments actually do something.
4.  Actually show some car data in the cockpit view.  I don't drive my
cars while sitting on the bumper.
5.  Make it QUIT THE DAMNED LAP when you hit the escape key, instead of
forcing you to watch it drive your car for you for 30 seconds.
6.  Give optional installs so it doesn't take 370MB of mandatory hard
drive space.
7.  Let you drive your own pace laps.  It sure can't.  It runs over
everything in site.
8.  Make the car adjustments actually do something.  Oh, I already said
that.  Good.  It needs saying twice.
9.  Get rid of the 'Molassas Mode'.  Wait, that's the whole game...

And about 20 other things I can think of right now.

NasRev is the biggest ripoff in racing history.
