I gripe about NROS/TEN/N2 as much as the next person, but there is one
thing to be considered.

There is _nothing_, anywhere, of any kind, that comes close to doing
what they do.

That's not an excuse for them.  They can, and should be, doing better
(especially weekend staffing to take care of server problems).

But, there is nothing to replace it right now.
