You might find that like any true addiction GPL addiction gets worse with time.
That is the beauty of it, the more you drive it the more it draws you in.
It is amazing to go into a corner hard and apply the brakes to hear the tires squeal
in agony and see the tire slow down, all in coordination with how hard you are
pushing on the pedal! This is what seperates it from the rest of the pack, the
sensation I just described happens in many degrees of intensity, the tires squeal a
little and the tire slows, push a little harder on the pedal and the squeal gets a
bit louder and the tire slows even more, this process is so variable from rolling to
full lock... The same thing is true in the steering input into corners and the
amount of chassis roll, also exiting turns the throttle and the loose rear end. It
takes weeks of daily sessions to really get the feel of it but when you do... it is
sweet. Drive so hard to be on the verge of crashing, knowing you are only that far
from losing it, but still totally in control at the same time. I hate that friggin
sim.
