If you want to be able to find a race practically any time, then NROS is
the way to go.  But, you have to pay TEN $19.95 (or $13 if paid
quarterly) a month for access...  There are something like 6000 racers
on TEN/NROS.

You mus also be capable of running the DOS version of N2, and have N2
installed, as that is what the NROS enabler is based on.

Bear in mind that TEN is far from perfect.  Server problems over this
