Hi Richard,

I just had an idea so this is kinda like thinking out loud.
If you turn the number of sounds to the max (16?) its it still intermittent?

It might be that other sounds closer are taking precidence thus causing one
sound to be intermittent.

Of course your FPS will drop with 16 sounds :-(
