Check the README.TXT file in the GPL folder.

You need to create a core.ini file in the GPL folder (where the gpl.exe
program is).
Add the section...

[communication]
use_alternate_ip_lookup=1

Now please check for this in the readme file.  I may have made a
spelling error.
