No, fraid not, (apart from the no' of slots) I've posted a couple of 
questions regarding these two boards elsewhere, if I get any replis 
I'll let you know.....

If I build another pc I'll use the BH6, as I've heard lots of good 
things about it. And the extra PCI slots will be important as ISA is 
gradually phased out.
