Hi Gertjan,

VROC is working, its just that you might be one of the people in Europe that
received GPL 0.2.0.0.

Everyone else has version 1.0.0.0.  Check the lower right of the opening screen
for the version number.  If it says anything other than 1.0.0.0 -- that's the
problem.  As for the solution, contact Papyrus/Sierra.
