Are you using the ore.ini file? (available from the vroc site) just 
d/l it and place it in the GPL directory. Have you read all the vroc 
FAQ's, and have you allowed Alison security clearance? (when you do 
the VROC set-up netscape asks you to allow Alison security access in 
one of the set-up screens, just say yes or GPL will not work with 
VROC)
