i have just upgraded my system to a FIC VA-503+ , amd k6-350 , 64 meg sd
ram. All appears to be working fine untill i run a game that requires a
joystick.you can cal the joystick in windows ok but playing a game with
the joystick in the central position there is an offset to the left.
using the trimmer you can adjust the error but then the movement is not
equall both sides. before the upgrade it worked fine so it is not a
faulty joystick. i have re-installed the sound card/game port and
re-installed it in a different ISA slot and re-installed the drivers
with no luck. anyone got any ideas as to what to try next.

system details, as above plus-
S3 Verge 4 meg video card
voodoo 2 graffics card
win 95
