Actually, his theory is dead-on, just like the readme for the game
states.

You have to have a 12MB Voodoo II go have the in-car view.

If you don't have it, then either you haven't selected the proper view
or something else is wrong.

I assure you it works with the 12MB board.  I see it every day.
