It has to do with the Active Movie player.

Try renaming the AVI file in the GPL folder to -- well a backup name :)
Under the type column, look for 'AVI' or Active Movie.

This should make GPL not find the file and continue on it's merry way.
If this fails -- you can always put the file back because you kept the
backup file.
