I think it is normal for one to expect the new Win9x executable version
of a game to be more FEATURE COMPLETE than the old, re-packaged DOS
version that's in the same box...

It would never cross my mind to check for stupid ommissions like this.

I have all the OS's, 128MB of RAM, 19GB of Hard Drive Space, A Monster
II, A G-460, and a 300Mhz Pentium II.  I don't generally bother reading
System Requirement Boxes :)
