if you want to get the rebate go to a second hand pc software store and buy
anything on the rebate list for a few bucks. a second option would be to buy n2 for
$20 and download the gazillion cars, trucks and tracks available on the net.  you
could just buy n99, or wait six months and get nascar 2000 which will kick butt.
