does it look any different than software? does it crash on exit and leave your
screen at 640x480? you'll want to edit core.ini as per the readme instructions.
Set highest mipmap = 1. set mirrors to every 4 or 8. remember to set desktop to
16 bit color.

depends on the track, resolution, etc. etc. etc. suffice it to say it's a vast
improvement. I ran gpl under my riva for about a week and could barely drive.
get
the voodoo 2, or a rendition v2200 (8MB), if you don't play anything else.
