You cannot use the MSFFW on the ACM Game Card.  The MSFFW must be used
on a sound card.

Why?

Because Microsoft, instead of using USB or a serial port, uses the MIDI
signal lines in Sound Cards's Game Adapter Port to send the
force-feedback signals to the wheel...

I don't like it either :(
