Nope ! I did'nt even know that I could overclock it... 

So neither my processor or voodooII are overclocked. 
But in the meantime I've read on the 3dfx site, that the VoodooII had problems 
with DirectX6... and those problem would be fixed when Microsoft would give us 
a "stable" version of directx 6...

So I guess I'll have to wait...
