Sorry forgot to mention that I was running it @ 800x600. I also have a
Monster sound M80 sound card.

Your correct about the 36 max frame. I'm not worried about that I am worried
about the 19 FPS low. I thought I would get at least 26fps for the low with
a PII 450 and 128MB ram.
