I have an original Righteous 3D and a P2-333 running at 412.

As long as I stick to 640x480 resolution, performance is great.
I had to turn down a couple of options to get a solid 36 fps,
but the game still looks fine. It's noticably slower when at
the back of a 20-car field, but that only lasts for the first
few seconds of a race.
