No, but it's sure fire that if you have the ride height at 1.0 "and the
bump at 1.0", you'll know it :).....you need 2-2.5" free travel between
them.

Basically, run around 2.75" front ride and 3.00" rear. Run the bumps
rubber heights at 1 - 1.5 " (taller at the Ring')....these cars will use
up 2-3 inches of suspension travel in a hurry. And remeber the bumpstop is
not your enemy, it can be your friend ;)
