I'm running the game on a Monster Sound M80 and have the same problems. I
called up tech support and we tried everything to fix it. after about an
hour on the phone they told me they were still testing to see if the could
find a fix for it and to e-mail them about it.

It's nice to hear that I'm not the only one having a problem and it's not
just my monster sound.
