Forget that; it's incorrect (and dangerous).  It's PRESSURE altitude that 
determines blood O2 content, not density altitude.

The FAR's require supplemental O2 based on cabin *pressure* altitude; 
you're not allowed to fudge this at below-standard outside temperatures.
