Hi Rob,

I'm working on my private license right now at Springbank. I'm at 31hrs and
working on x-country & instruments. Just have a quick question about bulking up
to 45hrs for the signoff of the license. Are these hours from 35-45 done under
the toolage of the student permit or as a real pilot? I guess my reasoning is
my cousin wants me to fly to Regina with him in his plane. He's not an
instructor, but can I charge the dual or PIC time towards my 45hrs? I'm
figuring I can't as a student, but don't know as an "hours-deficient private
pilot."
