I would call "cleared to land, #2 following a C152 (or whatever)"
"traffic in sight" followed by deliberately overtaking and
landing *ahead* of the traffic you were instructed to follow,
blatant disregard of an ATC instruction.

Sometimes ATC screws up on their sequencing.  The pilot has a right
to question, to request maneuvers for spacing, to request a short
approach.  But not to blow them off and land ahead of another
aircraft they're cleared to follow.
