Sounds a lot like our mechanic, who in addition to being slow
(but thorough) has yet to send us a bill for work he did back
in Oct-Nov! *grumble*

Now that may seem like a strange thing to grumble about, but 
truth is I have no idea how much I owe him!  And neither does
he!  Makes it hard to budget.
