Any chance of reproducing it on a web site, and posting the link?
If you can scan it in, I believe Greg Travis might be willing to
add it to his information at www.prime-mover.org (at least, on
the web site, he indicated willingness to add other interesting
material).

Sounds like a most interesting publication.
