anyone know where i can get minimum equipment lists for c-172's
information and what
this has to do with airworthy directives?  FAR's list equipment you must
have before
you can fly but i was given a handout that seems to contradict it. FAA
seems to state recently that some aircraft dont fall into this mel if
the AC can be flown safely and that the PIC makes the decision that it
is safe to fly. Iam confused about this information.
