122.0 is Flight Watch for WX information.
122.2 is FSS or XYZ Radio

Remember these are common frequencies and are shared by different
Flight Watch and possibly different FSSs. For example, here is
south florida I would call FSS near Miami with:

Miami Radio Cessna 12345 Request

But, here Miami Radio uses several frequencies and one person may
monitor several. I have gotten into a frequency tag game when
the FSS and I keep changing freq before we could get connected.
Thus, if I am not using a standard frequency I will call as follows:

Miami Radio Cessna 12345 using frequency 122.3 Request

Also, in remote areas Flight Watch and FSS can be remoted on VORs.
So it is a good idea to tell them where you are and listening on a
VOR frequency if you are calling a receive only freq. The freq
you see listed over a VOR are the available frequencies that you
can use to contact a FSS. A freq with R is a FSS receive only
and they will answer you on the VOR frequency.

Miami Radio Cessna 12345 at Key West VOR Request

Let's say you are trying to reach Flight Watch and you arn't
sure who is the local Flight Watch you can call 122.0 and
use something like the following:

Any Flight Watch Cessna 12345 at XYZ VOR Request

Hope this helps. In addition to your charts an Airport Directory
will also list the FSS and other frequencies.
