Mike,

Please get one thing straight.

If I wanted to write something specific to you, and applicable
only to you, I would email. This is why I seldom post things
like "congratulations" etc myself, they are personal specific
emails. Not everyone feels the same way, but I think most people
who post have the goal of generally raising an issue they feel
strongly about--not making a specific personal reply 100% tailored
to some individual they don't even know.

When you make a public post containing something which *to me*,
looks like misinformation or like it might be easily interpreted
as misinformation, and I make a post that follows it, I'm making
a public post for a reason--to correct the misinformation or to
make a point I hope others might find useful. Sometimes I screw
up and others do the same for me -- correct something I post which
they think is misleading or incorrect.

It's not just about you, you, you, you, you. If it were, I'd
send strictly email. It's about sharing information (and
sometimes misinformation, caveat lector) with a group.

Now if you choose to take it 100% personally and 'slide behind'
your higher priorities while you explain repetitively that everyone
who responds to your posts is really an unthinking butthead who
doesn't read what you say or reads it only selectively, be my guest.

OK, maybe that was two or three things.

Good luck when you solo, and I hope your wishes for completing
your license on your schedule are fulfilled.

Snowbird
