That would have to be a marine lighting symbol.  They're all over the current
NY sectional as well, but I'll be darned if I know what "FL G", "AI RG",  "FL
R", "Iso", "AI WR", "Iso W R SEC" even come close to indicating.   FL would (I
think) indicate flashing, but the rest...???  Any mariners out there?

Also, how about the thing that looks like a really bad combover just northeast
of Lakehurst NJ and south of the Colt's Neck VOR.  (approx. 74-08W x 40-15N).
A sectional chart tribute to Mayor Giuliani??  In New Jersey??

(Viaducts perhaps?)
