Just a note, I was able to read it by borrowing it from Interlibrary
Loan--along with several other great books including Sammy Mason's
excellent Stalls Spins and Safety and Kershner's books. To all who
are $$ conscious, I highly commend our public library system, and the
great system of interlibrary loan, which lets you try before you buy
and read more widely than you have bookshelves for.
