Check out the $100 hamburger web sight at www.tpwi.com/burger.html.  It lists
places in all states that you can fly to for lunch or dinner.

For those new to aviation, the term '$100 hamburger' refers to flying
somewhere, having lunch, then flying back home.  Total cost $100.
