I brought my '91 stick shift 300zx into Santa Monica Nissan today for a
service. They say that a pressure test on the transmission showed there were
some serious problems and talked about bearings being gone etc.

Is there such a thing as a pressure test for a stick shift?

Does anybody have any experience with Santa Monica Nissan?

Thanks,
Ronan
