actually it is 60-70K that cars need alot of work. This is when 
brakes,alternator etc, start waring out (and it is still a high priced 
"Low milage car") most 100k mile cars only have 10-30k miles on the brakes,
a newer starter/alternator and probably one major system that has been 
rebuilt lately.
