The blue smoke can signal to you that the car is burning oil or that the
PCV system is really clogged up.  You might consider giving the car a major
tune up that involves checking the sensors on the various circuits to see
if they are working within specs.  White smoke can signal to you that the
head or block may be leaking coolant into the combustion chambers and its
really burning coolant.  Either that or it could possibly be just water
vapor.  I'd need more info to give you more suggestions.
