Go to a car stereo shop and have the place a capacitor in the power line
into the radio. This should cost less than $5. If they try to sell you
anything more expensive run for the sake of your wallet.

The noise is either coming from your coil or ignition system. It is a
fairly common symptom in cars that have either an after market stereo or
have had some modifications to the ignition system.

Good luck.
