The primary (front) vacuum brake keeps failing in my Suburban making it hard to
start in cold weather. This morning I but a rubber band around it to keep it
activated all of the time. I do have another one on order but I can not see why
it is just not pulled back all of the time. Will I hurt anything by doing what
I have done? Thanks, Don
